Dear Parents/Guardians,Due to the safety of our students we will NO longer allow students to be picked up in the office at 3:15. Any student that is picked up at 3:15 or later will need to be picked up in the Red Tag rider lane. If you do not have a tag you may come in and fill one out in the front office. The front doors will be locked between 3:15PM and 3:45PM with no admittance from outside. This will help to ensure the safety of our students being dismissed to their busses. Thank you for making student safety a top priority at Owingsville Elementary.

Parents/Guardians of incoming 6th graders to Bath County Middle School:
Please be advised a Well-Child physical and updated immunizations (Tdap, Menactra, and a 2nd varicella vaccine, unless medical documentation is provided stating the students has had chicken pox) are needed for the 2014-2015 school year. These services can be obtained at your local health department or from your primary care physician. Sports physicals will not be accepted in place of a Well-Child physical, nor can a Well-Child physical be used in place of a sports physical.
From the Nurse
Any prescription medication kept in the health unit will need to be picked up from school by the end of the day on Tuesday, June 3, by a parent or guardian. If not, the medication will be discarded. In halers are the only medication that can be sent home with the student. Please, call the health unit with any questions.
