  • Communicate contract statement of work to managers to ensure deliverables such as quality control plans, technical training plans, and cost reporting schedules are accurate and timely.
  • Implement phase-in schedule, project spend plan and create standard operating procedures/guidelines for internal administrative management of EMS contract.
  • Set up internal quality assurance controls/guidelines to ensure contract compliance.
