Last year the Billings Heights Exchange Club Golf Tournament was a complete success. We would like to invite your participation in this year’s tournament. The Club is again hosting the tournament May26th, 2017at Pryor Creek Golf Club and we are asking for your support. With your support, the Club will be able to continue our work in the promotion of child abuse prevention, youth programs, and patriotism in the Billings Community. With your sponsorship, you will enjoy being a recognized community leader who supports the Billings Heights Exchange Club and the work we endorse.

This year we are offering 4 levels of sponsorship:

  1. $750.00 Sponsor: Included in this package will be the sponsor’s name on all tournament literature (which will be distributed around town) and a banner to be displayed during the tournament. Sponsors’ names will be announced at the lunch following the tournament. Last, but not least, your company/organization will be allowed one (1) 4 person team in the tournament at no additional cost ($450.00 value).
  1. $350.00 Gold Sponsor: Included in this package will be the sponsor’s name on all literature and a tournament banner that will be displayed during the tournament. The company name to be announced at lunch following the tournament.
  1. $150.00 Hole or Green Sponsor: A sponsorship sign will be posted at one of the eighteen (18) holes with your company name. Also each sponsor’s name will be listed on the tournament banner to be displayed during the tournament. Each sponsor can request a specific hole and we will fulfill these requests in the order in which they are received.
  1. Flag Prize: Donations may be made by donating a specific product, gift certificate, or cash to be presented in your name to purchase golf merchandise.

The team entry is $450.00 per team. Each team can have 4 players and the maximum handicap will be 24.

Prizes will be awarded for any Hole in One. Each one of the Par 3’s will have a prize with one being a $10,000 for Hole in One and one will be have a Harley Davidson Motorcycle as a prize.
