In sports news….Log’s field hockey team battled to a zero to zero tie yesterday against New Hope Middle School. Play went back and forth with both sides having numerous chances to score. Logs defense stayed tough and still hasn't allowed a goal this season. Danielle Scott and Caroline Reed remained strong midfield. Great offensive effort by Erin Ellis and Gigi, or as we like to call her Google, Scarcelli. Nice team effort all around. Come out and support Log on Friday for their next home game.

…and the ties continued for our boys soccer team who got off the slide with a two - two tie against New Hope. Down one to zero at half Log gave up an early 2nd half goal to go down two to zero. But, the team didn't give up. They continued to fight to 2 late game goals by Sean Zolk off of assists from Kevin Ralston. It was a total team win and the first game where the team played 2 strong, smart halves of soccer. Brendan Kane andColin De-rin-ze played valuable minutes for the team while Stephen Hirsch continued to dominate forwards twice his size. Great job boys, your coaches were extremely proud of the total teameffort.
