Admission Application Announcement

The Directors ofQueros Capital Partners Plc (“the Company”) are pleased to announce that the Company has applied for the admission of its Bonds to the ISDX Growth Market. The Company’s registered office is Regis House, 45 King Williams Street, London EC4R 9AN.

Fund Raise Details – The Company is raising £500,000 net of all expenses via the placing of 8%. Unsecured Bonds due 2025, which are denominated in amounts of £1.

The coupon will be payable in instalment quarterly in arrears in March, June, September and December.

Admission Date – 15 July 2015

Company Information

Queros Capital Partners Plc is a newly incorporated investment company established to build on the expertise of Marcel Boom’s UK and European property expertise and the Board’s business networks. The Company is 100% subsidiary of Burford Capital Holdings Limited (“BCH”), and Marcel Boom is the 100% shareholder of BCH.

Based on their own expertise and contacts, this executive team is confident that they are able to:

a)source and identify opportunities for investment in social housing property portfolios, and asset (property) backed lending;

b)conduct financial and legal due diligence;

c)evaluate and consider the appropriateness of each business plan and future prospects of investment opportunity to ensure it is suitable for Queros Capital Partners Plc and capable of meeting its investment criteria; and

d)identify asset based portfolios in UK and Europe which require capital funding with the ability to generate high yields.

The Company will commence its investment strategy on Admission.

Directors

The Directors of the Company, their age and positions are as follows:

Marcel Boom, (Age 62, Chairman/Chief Executive Officer)

Marcel is a qualified asset manager, and has over 40 year’s experience as a consultant and advisor to several corporate investors in Europe and abroad. In 1989, he founded B&F Property Management B.V. an asset management company with 900 million Euro assets under management, and sold the business to sell his shares in 1999. He has a robust reputation for advising clients in various sectors including real estate and financial services. Marcel has develop strong relationships with wealthy family offices and high network teams across Europe. He is also an advisor and consultant to the Norwegian state pension fund. He has a Master of Real Estate and Asset Management from Amsterdam College (MVA).

Yeshpreet Singh, (Age 31,Chief Operations Officer)

Yeshpreet began his career in 2002 at Rakesh Atma & Co, were he worked for three years, overseeing the internal audit and company returns. He went on to become senior officer finance and later took on the role of management accountant at IFFCO, a listed company of the Indian Stock Exchange. Yeshpreet went on to join Justa Co Ltd as head accountant with over 500 clients under management. His chartered accounting experience is in several sectors including retail, manufacturing and accounting practice. His professional qualification include associate member of ACA and CIMA.

Chris Hutton, (Age 53, Non-Executive Director)

Chris is a finance director for City Academy of London. He is particularly experienced in providing robust budgeting and cash management systems. Chris was a finance director for the Conservative central office, and IATA were his responsibilities included leadership and management of 130 UK based staff. He was financial controller at Rugby Football Union and oversaw the budget for £84 million stadium development.

Reasons for Admission

The Company is seeking admission of its bondsto the ISDX Growth Market in order to:

  1. to take advantage of current and future growth opportunities in social housing property portfolios;
  2. acquire investment and loan opportunities with the ability to generate high yields; and
  3. to produce alternative sources of funding for acquisitions which the Board may consider in the future as part of that growth.

Additional Information

The Company has applied to the ISDX Growth Market for admission of its 8 per cent. Unsecured Bonds due 2025. The funds raised at admissionis 500,000 which is net of all expenses associated with admission. The expected admission date is 15 July 2015.

The Company is classified under Section 85 of the FTSE Global Classification System, investment companies. The Company will be classified as a Real Estate investment & services company on ISDX.
