$74,983.20/annually
The following services will be done on a daily basis, 5 days a week with no exceptions:
FirstFloorMainBuilding:
Sweep and mop all hard surfaces
- Entry
- East Halls
- Locker rooms men and women
- Handicapped Restroom
Vacuum Carpet
- Halls
- Assembly room
- Handicapped Restroom
Empty all trashcans, recycling to appropriate bins.
Clean showers, toilets, sinks, urinals and partitions
Restock toilet paper, hand towels, seat covers, and soap dispensers, clean countertops and mirrors and wipe down walls in all restrooms and locker room areas.
SecondFloorMainBuilding:
Sweep and mop all hard surfaces
- Lunchroom, clean tapes and wipe down chairs
- Restrooms
- Landings and Stairs
Vacuum Carpet
- Halls
- Lecture room
- Water supply
- DispatchCenter
Meter repair facility would have the same tasks done that are called for in the MainBuilding
Warehouse Purchasing Area:
Sweep and mop all hard surfaces
- Lunchrooms – clean tables and wipe down chairs
- Restrooms
Vacuum Carpets in Purchasing Area
Empty all trashcans, recycling to appropriate bins.
Clean showers, toilets, sinks, urinals and partitions
Restock toilet paper, hand towels, seat covers, and soap dispensers, clean countertops and mirrors and wipe down walls in all restrooms and locker room areas.
These services will be done 5 nights a week Monday through Friday. .
In additional the following services will also be provided.
Field Restrooms:
- Foy Pump station 145 & 5th North East
- Bitterlake Pump station Lander Ave143rd Street
- Dravis Street Pump station West Dravis23rd Ave West
Clean floors, sings toilets, restock paper supplies and empty trash. These services will be performed every 2 weeks.
Quarterly Services (March, June, September, December)
- Clean all windows, interior and exterior in the main building, meter repair, and warehouse purchasing area.
- Clean lockers in locker rooms, men and women, clean Drying rooms, men and women.
- Clean walls in locker rooms men and women’s and warehouse Purchasing area.
Refinish all hard surface floors in Shops building, Meter repair and MainBuilding.
This contract replaces #B88128 Clene Tech. Coordinate work schedule with Gerry Butterworth at 206-386-1846.
Approved evidence of insurance on file at Purchasing Services.
