1. Independent competent person responsible for the implementation of SPDC Safety Critical Elements Management policies in the construction and commissioning phase of her Bonny Associated Gas project.
2. Carry out verification of instruments during commissioning phase of project, verifying that the requirements for technical integrity are implemented and that the verifying documentation is maintained in an accessible and auditable manner.
