January 30 through February 5

I-10/I-95 interchange reconstruction project

I-95 northbound just north of I-10 WILL BE TOTALLY CLOSED on the nights of Tuesday, February 2 and Wednesday, February 3 between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Detour signs will be posted. The ramp from I-95 northbound to I-10 westbound WILL BE TOTALLY CLOSED on the night of Wednesday, February 3 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Detour signs will be posted. The on ramp from Irene Street to I-10 westbound WILL BE TOTALLY CLOSED on the night of Wednesday, February 3 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Detour signs will be posted. The Stockton Street on ramp to I-10 eastbound and the exit ramp from I-10 eastbound to Stockton Street WILL BE TOTALLY CLOSED on the night of Thursday, February 4 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Detour signs will be posted. The movement to I-95 northbound from Stockton Street is closed until approximately the winter of 2011. Lane closings may occur at various locations within the project limits on I-10 and I-95 and on the side streets between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. The anticipated completion time for this project is early 2011.

Fuller Warren Bridge on I-95

Crews will be working in the emergency lanes in both directions on Tuesday, February 2 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for routine bridge maintenance.

I-10 resurfacing and widening project between Lane Avenue and Halsema Road

Single lanes on I-10 will be closed next week at various locations within the project limits between 6:30 p.m. and 5 a.m. eastbound and from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. westbound from Sunday, January 31 through Thursday, February 4. Single lanes on Chaffee Road near I-10 will be closed in both directions nightly from 7:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. from Sunday, January 31 to Thursday, February 4. This project is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2012.

I-10 pavement improvement project between Stockton Street and Lane Avenue

Lanes are scheduled to be closed nightly in both directions between 6:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. from Sunday, January 31 through Friday, February 5. The on and off ramps at I-10 eastbound to and from Cassat Avenue WILL BE TOTALLY CLOSED nightly from Sunday, January 31 through Friday, February 5 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Detour signs will be posted. This project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2012.

I-10 over U.S. 90 (Baker County)

Various westbound lanes will be closed on Wednesday, February 3 and Thursday, February 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily for routine bridge maintenance.

I-95/ S.R. 9A east interchange reconstruction near the Jacksonville International Airport

The ramp from I-95 northbound to S.R. 9A eastbound WILL BE TOTALLY CLOSED nightly between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. from Sunday, January 31 through Wednesday, February 3. The ramp from I-95 southbound to I-295 southbound WILL BE TOTALLY CLOSED nightly between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. from Monday, February 1 through Wednesday, February 3. Detour signs will be posted. The new flyover ramp from I-95 south to S.R. 9A east should be finished in the summer of 2010.

I-95 northbound off-ramp to S.R. 9A northbound near the St. Johns County line

The ramp will be totally closed on Saturday, January 30 between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for roadway maintenance. Detour signs will be posted.

Main Street Bridge

Single lanes will be closed in both directions on Thursday, February 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for routine bridge maintenance.

Mathews Bridge

Various lanes will be closed in both directions on Wednesday, February 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for routine bridge maintenance.

Hart Bridge repainting and structural repair project

Full bridge closings will occur Monday through Thursday nights from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. and on weekends from 7 p.m. on Friday until 6 a.m. on Monday. Northbound lane closings can occur between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., and southbound lane closings can occur between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. This work should be finished in early 2011.

Hart Bridge Expressway (S.R. 228A) near Emerson Street and Atlantic Boulevard

Single lanes will be closed in both directions on Thursday, February 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for routine bridge maintenance.

Beach Boulevard widening project between Hodges Boulevard and San Pablo Road

Single lanes will be closed in both directions nightly between 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Sunday, January 31 through Thursday, February 4. This project should be finished in the summer of 2011.

J. Turner Butler Boulevard widening between Kernan Boulevard and San Pablo Road

Single lanes may be closed in both directions from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Monday, February 1 through Friday, February 4. Lanes are scheduled to be closed in both directions from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 30 and Sunday, January 31. Delays will occur, and alternate routes should be considered. The project should be finished in early February. Final paving is underway. Warm and dry temperature conditions are needed in order for the final paving to be completed.

J. Turner Butler Boulevard over Gate Parkway

One westbound lane will be closed on Thursday, February 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for routine bridge maintenance.

Southside Boulevard near Gate Parkway

One northbound lane will be closed nightly (Tuesday through Saturday) between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. through Sunday, February 28 for driveway construction.

S.R. 9A resurfacing between North Main Street and New Berlin Road

Single lanes in both directions and various ramps within the project limits will be closed nightly next week from Sunday, January 31 through Thursday, February 4. Lane closings will occur between 7 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., and ramp closing times are between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. This project will be finished in the summer of 2010.

Atlantic Boulevard/A1A resurfacing and improvements from Mayport Road to 9th Avenue North

No lane closings are scheduled for next week. This project will be finished in the summer of 2010.

Atlantic Boulevard resurfacing project between Kings Avenue and University Boulevard

Single lanes are scheduled to be closed at various locations within the project limits between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Sunday, January 31 through Friday, February 5. This project should be finished in the spring 2010.

Lem Turner Road at Broward Road

One lane in the right-hand turn lane from Lem Turner Road to Broward Road northbound will be closed until approximately Saturday, February 27 for roadway maintenance.

Kings Street under I-95

The ramp towards downtown IS TOTALLY CLOSED until approximately Thursday, February 4 in order to repair a roadway cave in. Detour signs are posted.

Beaver Street about one-half mile east of Main Street

One westbound lane will be closed on Wednesday, February 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for routine bridge maintenance.

Dunn Avenue at U.S. 1

One westbound lane on Dunn Avenue will be closed daily (Monday through Friday) through approximately Tuesday, February 2 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for constructing a right hand- turn lane to U.S. 1.

S.R. A1A from 3rd Avenue South to 6th Avenue North in Jacksonville Beach

Single lanes will be closed in both directions nightly from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Sunday, January 31 through Friday, February 5 for a resurfacing project.

Blanding Boulevard resurfacing from the Duval County line and Kingsley Avenue (Clay County)

Single lanes will be closed in both directions from Sunday, January 31 through Saturday, February 6 between 9:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. nightly. The project should finish in February.

U.S. 17/Doctors Inlet Bridge widening between Milwaukee Avenue and Creighton Road (Clay County)

Single lanes northbound lane closings will occur between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m., and single southbound lane closings will occur between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. from Sunday, January 31 through Saturday, February 6. The estimated completion time for this project is the fall of 2010.

Black Creek Bridge replacement project on S.R. 21 in Middleburg (Clay County)

Single northbound lane closings may occur next week between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. This project should be finished in the spring of 2010.

C.R. 209 bridge replacement project over Black Creek (Clay County)

Single lanes will be closed daily (Monday through Friday) between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Two-way traffic will be maintained using flaggers.

S.R. 21 widening project between Old Jennings Road and Knight Boxx Road (Clay County)

Lanes are scheduled to be closed next week from Monday, February 1 through Friday, February 5. Northbound lane closings can occur from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and southbound lane closings can occur from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This project is scheduled to be finished in the spring of 2011.

S.R. 23 overpass construction at Plantation Oaks (Clay County)

No lane closings are scheduled for next week. The project is scheduled to be finished near the end of this year.

Kingsley Avenue traffic signal project between Debarry Avenue and Doctors Lake Drive (Clay County)

Single lanes will be regularly closed in both directions daily (Monday through Friday) between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. This project should be finished in May.

I-95 interchange modification at C.R. 210 (St. Johns County)

Southbound lane closings on I-95 may occur next week (Monday through Thursday) between 5 a.m. and 3 p.m. This project will be finished in the early spring of 2010.

S.R. 200 widening between Griffin Road and Stratton Road (Nassau County)

Single lanes will be closed daily in both directions between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at various locations within the project limits from Monday, February 1 through Friday, February 5. This project should be finished in the summer of 2011.

S.R. A1A/200 over the Amelia River (Nassau County)

Various lanes will be closed in both directions on Monday, February 1 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for routine bridge maintenance.
