IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT AWARDS 2016 ITSM TRAINING PROVIDER OF THE YEAR - NOMINATION FORM

The ITSM Training Provider of the Year Award is presented to the training organisation most admired by the judges for their outstanding customer service, range of training resources, outstanding results and/or innovative approach to training development and delivery.

The closing date for nominations is 31 July 2016.

Entry Criteria

This category is open to organisations.

Nominations to be made electronically using this form.

Open to members and non-members.

All entries to be submitted in English.

Finalists will also be required to write up their story after Conference for publication in ServiceTalk and on the itSMF UK website.

Evaluation Criteria

Nominees will be evaluated according to their outstanding customer service, examination results, and/or innovative training techniques.

References, evidence of results, and tangible examples of business benefits experienced by their customers as a result of the training undertaken will all be taken into account.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this award, the nominee must meet the following conditions and requirements:

§  80% of the activity within the nominee’s key achievements must have been undertaken and completed since January 1st 2015

§  The nominated company must be UK-based or have a significant presence in this country

§  Members of the ITSMF UK judging panel are ineligible to enter

Judging

Judging will be undertaken by a group of impartial and unbiased industry professionals nominated by the ITSMF UK Management Board. All activities will be overseen by members of the ITSMF UK staff.

Prize

The winner of the ITSM Training Provider of the Year Award will receive:

§  An inscribed trophy

§  A framed “Winner” certificate

§  Permission to display the award logo (Winner) on all official company stationery and publications until 1st January 2018

§  Recognition in all itSMF UK publications that list Award winners, including the website.

The finalists of the ITSM Training Provider of the Year Award will receive:

§  A framed “Finalist” certificate

§  Permission to display the award logo (Finalist) on all official company stationery and publications until 1st January 2018

Judging Procedure

The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after the judging unless feedback has been requested. itSMF UK is not liable for any costs incurred by applicants during the judging process.


Each entry will be evaluated by a panel of judges and the finalists will be notified during September. The winner of the award will be announced at the Awards Dinner. Finalists are expected to be present at the Awards ceremony.

The Awards Dinner
The Awards Dinner will take place during Conference on Monday 23rd November. Awards finalists are eligible to purchase dinner tickets at the reduced rate of £100 + VAT per person or to book at table of ten for £1000 + VAT.
