How does it work?

Items will be auctioned in the order shown on the guide.

The auction is split in to two parts.

After the first band of the evening we will go through items 1 to 10

Then at about 9 o’clock after the second band we run through the rest.

Please remember this is our main fundraiser of the year so

The more we raise, the more we can help kids with life changing illness.

Some of the items need to be collected on the night. For the others your pledge form has the contact details for arranging collection.

Auction Part 1

1. Our first lot of the night. A signed Bristol Rugby Shirt from the current Premiership squad.

2. A great Lot for anyone with back pain, tennis elbow, joint pain, headaches – basically all of us of a certain age; 1 x diagnostic and 3 x treatment at a chiropractor.

3. A photoshoot in a countryside or rural setting donated by Sola Photography – Check out their website, this would normally cost upwards of £100.

4. Framed signed photographs of Angus Young and Brian Johnson of AC/DC

5. Anthony Joshua is one of the biggest names in British Sport. The current world champion and later this year will be involved in a career defining fight with the long-time champ Klitshko. This lot is a framed signed pair of shorts by Anthony Joshua along with a signed Klitshko/Joshua photograph and poster.

6. The first of a couple of lots for the football fan. A framed Man Utd. Shirt signed by Wayne Rooney. Love him or not, he is Utd’s top goal scorer of all time

7. A framed Liverpool shirt signed by Steven Gerrard. A legend amongst the Liverpool faithful and many times England captain.

8. How about the more gentlemanly sport of cricket? Andrew Strauss was the Ashes winning England captain and is now the Top Man in the ECB. We have a signed England cricket top from him to offer.

9. Back to the football now. England did once have a team that didn’t bottle it on the big occasions. Back in 1966 before most of us were born they did of course win the world cup. We have a Commemorative England football shirt signed by Geoff Hurst and Martin Peters, two of the hero’s of that great side.

10.  And finally for part 1 how about a week in a bungalow in West Wales in the Gower area. This 3 bedroom bungalow in the centre of Llangennith. There are beautiful walks on your doorstep and there are even wetsuits and surfboards free to use for residents. Kindly donated by Joanna and Julian Cockwell who will negotiate a date for your stay.

Auction Part 2

11.  A real rarity for history and culture buffs – a private tour for two people of Salisbury Cathedral starting with a cream tea in the cathedral itself then a guide will take you around this beautiful site visiting all of the points of interest and historical intrigue.

12.  Fancy a weekend on the outskirts of London staying at Police Federation house in Leatherhead? A weekend stay to see the sights of the big smoke.

13.  How about a Dyson V8 Animal Vacuum cleaner. Bang up to date model donated by Jamie Sanders – a great friend of all of us involved in Fatboys.

14.  Ever wanted to see what it’s like flying a Hercules? Nige Packwood has kindly organised a visit to the Flight Simulator. Always a popular lot and everyone who does it loves the experience.

15.  Whiskey is the drink of the connoisseur and this one is really special. A 12 year old single malt Glenfarclas whisky. Add to that it’s a special edition bottled for the 22 Special Air Service regiment. A quick check online and a bottle of this whisky auctioned for £350!

16.  Are you in need of some help with your DIY? Well come on who isn’t. We have 3 days labour from a painter and decorator to do those paint jobs that need a pro.

17.  The beautiful South Cerney Lakes have something for everyone. Walking, fishing, water-sports, great pubs and the opportunity to relax and unwind on your own decking just watching the water. An out of season lodge that sleeps 6 for Friday and Saturday night stay at a lodge on Spring Lake.

18.  Also in South Cerney for the keen angler. A fishing licence at Paul Mundys’ Lake. This LOT has been offered by Paul every year and is hugely popular.

19.  How about a different sort of appreciation of nature. A day out hunting rabbits. Winter time 2016/17 in the beautiful Gloucester/Wiltshire countryside – and you can make great pies with your catch!

20.  (A left and B right) Thank you to Andy Tyler for donating these two clocks autographed by tonight’s headline act The Dan Reed Network. This is a great opportunity to own some rock memorabilia.

21.  VILLA ON COSTA DEL SOL FOR A WEEK

One low season week at Villa Elisa, Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, Spain. (Dates negotiable according to time of year and availability (EXCLUDES JULY / AUGUST & MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE MARCH 2018)

The Villa is a 25 minute drive from the airport (Flights not included) and sleeps 8 in four bedrooms and has its own cool pool and hot tub as well as a communal pool. It has satellite TV, DVD Players, all mod cons and games consoles.

This Villa and others like it in the same region cost anything from £600 - £1100 per week depending on the time of year.
