3.Inspection: Supplied Goods will be inspected at our site on receipt of the materials by our Centre Level Inspection Panel (CLIP) and will be cleared for payment.

Condition: The quotation should contain the “Authorization” letter from theOriginalEquipment Manufacturer of the material for supplying the tendered materials. Without the “Authorization” letter the offer will not be considered for evaluation.
