iTalkBB VIP Club Gift Redemption Rules
iTalkBB appreciates your business and launches the “VIP Club Gift Redemption Event” to existing iTalkBB customers (“Event”). Any existing customer who refers any friends and family to any iTalkBB plans will be eligible to participate in the Event and redeem available gifts in the iTalkBB VIP Club (“Referrer”).
Below are the detailed rules for implementation:
1. Eligibility upon examination by iTalkBB
a. Referrer must be an existing iTalkBB customer
b. Referrer and the individual referred to iTalkBB services (“Referred”) both have an active iTalkBB account
c. Referrer and Referred both have no late payments
2. Event Rules
a. Referrer may log into iTalkBB VIP Club to redeem a gift that is available after refer 2 or more individuals to purchase any iTalkBB plans
b. The referral is based on credit cards linked to the customer account. More than one iTalkBB plan purchased by one credit card will only count as one referral.
c. The referral (referrer or referee) could not be changed after 30 days (from the Referred customers activate their iTalkBB account).
3. Redemption
a. Referrer may log into iTalkBB VIP Club to select gifts that are available and redeem referral gift once eligibility has been confirmed by iTalkBB
b. Referrer may log into iTalkBB VIP Club within 1 year (from the date the last Referred customer activates their iTalkBB account). It will take 60 to 90 days for iTalkBB to review and approve the redemption. The shipping address would be the account address by default.
4. Track your Redemption Process
a. Referrer may contact iTalkBB or log into CSS after 2 months (from the date the last Referred customer activates their iTalkBB account) to inquire the status of gift redemption and shipping information
5. Miscellaneous on Redemption
a. Please provide iTalkBB with your accurate shipping address upon redemption. The shipping address should be consistent with the account address.
b. Please provide iTalkBB with a valid phone number.
c. The redemption is available within a year (from the date the last Referred customer activates their iTalkBB account).
d. The redemption gift is based on the services the Referred subscribes to. The redemption gifts are first come, first serve as they become available. If a certain gift is no longer available, iTalkBB will provide comparable available gifts to Referrer. Please be noted that iTalkBB may update its website on the available options of the redeemable gifts.
e. iTalkBB reserves the right to review and verify the referral relation. No referral will be approved by iTalkBB if the Referred denies the existence of a referral relationship.
6. Delivery
a. iTalkBB VIP Club will start to process the redemption request when Referrer applies to redeem the gift. All gifts will be provided by and shipped from the supplier of the gift. The gift will be shipped to the address provided by you or iTalkBB store. Shipping might be delayed due to holidays and unexpected weather conditions.
b. If gifts were sent to iTalkBB stores, Referrer or the agents of the Referrer needs to provide its ID to acknowledge the receipt of the package. iTalkBB strongly urges the Referrer or its agent to check for damages before acknowledging the receipt of the redemption gift.
c. iTalkBB will not liable for any loss or mis-delivery after Referrer or XXX acknowledges the receipt. Referrer may contact the supplier for an exchange at their own expense.
d. It is deemed that the Referrer authorized iTalk to use the information provided by the Referrer to process the redemption by iTalkBB and its suppliers.
e. Shipping records will be stored for no longer than three months. In the event that the Referrer wishes to dispute the receipt of a gift after three months, iTalkBB will not be able to verify shipping orders and shall not be liable.
7. Quality of the gift
a. The picture of the gift is for your reference only.
b. The application to redeem cannot be cancelled, modified or exchanged after the application is received by iTalkBB. Only iTalkBB customer service staff can add customers’ gift preference in CRM system.
c. The warranty of the gift will be provided by the supplier of the gift. Referrer may contact the supplier for any questions and inquiries. iTalkBB will not be liable for any issues caused by the gift product.
d. iTalkBB reserves the right to update the website with new rules and new gifts without prior notification to Referrers. iTalkBB reserves the right to explain these rules in case of any disputes.
8. Miscellaneous
a. Suppliers will be responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise from the gifts’ quality.
b. All the exchanges, warranty and maintenance will be provided by the suppliers. iTalkBB will not be liable for such issues.
c. iTalkBB reserves the right to modify, suspend and terminate this event.
d. These rules are formulated by iTalkBB. iTalkBB reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, adjust, change or discontinue any terms described herein without prior notice. iTalkBB reserves the right to amend and interpret these rules. Any rules published by iTalkBB shall be binding on parties.
