What’s included?

Round-trip airfare in economy class for those who purchase the group airfare, with transfers from the Rome Fiumicino airport and to Venice airport, all 4-star hotels as indicated on itinerary, breakfast daily in hotel, meals as indicated on itinerary, all admission/entrance fees to included sites as indicated in bold on itinerary, guided tours in English with Italian Campus professors and guides as per itinerary, all bus driver gratuities.

What’s not included?

No gratuities beyond bus drivers’, airfare (if not booking the group airfare), transfers between the Rome Fiumicino and Venice airports and hotels (if not on the group airfare), any meals not listed as included on itinerary, personal expenses, taxis.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:

DEPOSIT: $750.00 per person to make a reservation. Please complete this Reservation Form and submit with your checkpayable to Ambassador Travel. IMPORTANT: With your final payment please enclose a copy of your passport (2 main pages). Passport must be valid six months beyond your RETURN date from Italy (i.e., through at least December 8, 2016).

Personal checks preferred. Credit card charge will incur a fee.

FINAL PAYMENT: balance will be due by March 1, 2016.

CANCELLATION: after deposit is received a $50.00 per person administrative fee will apply to any cancellation. After March 1, 2016all payments become nonrefundable.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Trip cancellation insurance is strongly encouraged. Bob Thompson will contact you upon receipt of your reservation with details and information. Cancellation insurance purchased within 14 days of your deposit offers a waiver of pre-existing conditions.
