8.REFEREESJUDGES
AllRefereesJudges(AIBA1-2-3Starsor NationalLevel) mustbemandatorylyappointedandapprovedby NationalFederations.It is recommendedforeachclubto bringaRefereeJudgewith them,but this is not essential.
9.REGISTRATIONFORBOXERS

-Each club can send one ormoreBoxersperWeight Category
-All other cases of substitutionmust befinalized thedaybefore the General Weigh-In,in

11.SPECIFICREQUIREMENTS
11.1All Boxers must bring thefollowingitemsto the General Weigh-In:
-International AIBACompetitionRecordBookwith anannual medical certificateissued
byaMedical Physician
-Validpassport or identity card
- Non-pregnancyform
The healthandsafety of allour boxers is of utmostimportance.Therefore,pregnancydeclarationformsrecord cardsmustbe signed2daysbeforethe start of the tournament byparentboxer.
-Hairnets,bandanas or cloth swim hats must bewornunder headguards whileboxing
11.2Boxer’s Uniform:
-Each Boxermust bring two sets ofuniform (completeredandblue color sets not being
mixedwith any othercolor)
-Boxersmust wearasamecolor set ofeitherred orblue form-fittingvest and shorts/skirtsasper the Boxers’ respectivecorner allocationwhichwill be their ownresponsibility
-Thebelt line ofany shorts/skirt must be clearlyindicatedbya contrasting colorandby
usinga6 to10cmwideelastic waistband (thebelt lineis animaginary linefrom thenavel
to the top of the hips).
12.BOXINGEQUIPMENT
TheLOCwillnotprovideanytypeofboxinggloves,headguardsto theboxers duringthebouts.Bothboxingglovesandheadguardswhichallboxers mustwear,mustbetheirpersonal ones.
13.TRANSPORTATION
All participants arerequested to organize their own travel.
14.ACCOMMODATION
The cost of accommodation, full board: daily 3 meals and local transportation (to the competitions) in Kőszeg will be covered by the organiser for the members of the official delegations.
All participations will be pay the registration fee amount 45 EUR/ person/day.
Extra persons – who are over the number of the official delegation – and teams arriving earlier than the 18th of March or leaving later than the 23rd of February will have to pay 90 Euros / person / day for their accommodation and full board.
All Team Delegations must pay the full room charges for the entire Tournament Period (March 18 to 23) at the time of arrival in CASH (Euros only), or bank transfer.

anyparticipant who suffers froma sports injury contractedduring theCompetition.
18.MEDALS
Agold medalwillbe awardedto thewinnerineachWeightAgeCategory,asilver medalto therunner-upandbronzemedalwill be awardedbetweenthe semi-finalists after box-off concept.
