Each and every event that we host we will personalize and customize to meet your desires. To ensure that your special day is flawless we open our extensive rolodexes to recommend qualified vendors including, music, florist, photographers, valet, rental companies, set design, lighting and sound professionals.

- Personalized Wedding Coordination: The coordinating process will begin the first time that we meet where we will discuss the details of your wedding. The National Croquet Center and SandyJames Fine Food will ensure that your wedding is flawless by opening our extensive rolodexes and recommending qualified vendors to facilitate your wedding.
We are able to share with you our preferred vendor list so that you may find the finest entertainment, floral arrangements, and photographers/videographers that will best suit and personalize your wedding style. From the ceremony to the reception, our wedding coordinator will be available on your special day to make sure your wedding runs as smooth as possible!
- Private Reception for Bridal Party: After your ceremony is finished we will whisk your bridal party off for a private reception. This will include an area for you to freshen up and relax.
- Bar Options: SandyJames Fine Food will provide your guests with a bar, choices of Open House, Open Premium, or Cash.
- Gourmet Hors d’oeuvres Reception: Chef prepared epicurean delights will be served by our professional uniformed wait staff. Choice of butler passed and/or stationary hors d’oeuvres will be served to your guests during the cocktail portion of your reception.
- Exquisitely Prepared Gourmet Dinner: Our world class chefs will prepare your wedding feast. Our catering manager will help you choose your menu and guide you to an extravagant culinary experience!
- Gold Chivari Ballroom Chairs: The most elegant of all banquet chairs is the Chivari Ballroom Chair. We will provide two hundred chairs for your wedding event. The Chivari Ballroom Chair can be enhanced with an elegant sash or a color accented cushion.
- 60” Round Dining Tables: Eight to ten guests can comfortably dine at one of our round tables. Please keep this in mind as you plan your seating arrangements.
- Gift Table, Place Card Table, Bridal Table, and Cake Table: Our wedding coordinator will help you with the placement and decoration of your tables. The placement and décor will flow with the style of your wedding.

- Does the National Croquet Center have an exclusive caterer?
Yes – SandyJames Fine Food is the exclusive caterer for the National Croquet Center.
- Can I customize my wedding menu?
Yes – We know that you want your wedding to reflect your lifestyle. Our wedding packages are just the beginning of our combined creativity.
- Can the National Croquet Center and SandyJames plan our entire wedding?
Yes – if you choose our Platinum Mallet package, our wedding planner will assist you with all of the details for both your ceremony and reception. Our other packages will give you access to our extensive rolodexes.
- Will you be present for the event?
Yes – we facilitate set up, ceremony, and timing for your ceremony and reception- no matter what package you purchase.
- How do we reserve our wedding with the National Croquet Center and SandyJames Fine Food?
Once you make the decision to host your wedding at the National Croquet Center, a deposit of $1,000 will need to be paid to secure your date. SandyJames Fine Food will require a deposit of 25% of the food and beverage cost to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- What size dinner tables do you provide?
We provide 60” tables that comfortably seat 8-10 guests. Please keep this in mind when creating a seating chart and place cards for your wedding.
- Do you provide china, flatware, and stemware?
Yes – We have our house patterns that are available for up to 200 guests, but we are happy to assist you in customizing your table design.
- Will I be able to choose my own linens?
Yes – In order to ensure coordinating linens for each event we do rent linens from local vendors. We are happy to assist you with this rental or you can bring in your own vendor.
