  • Task – A unit of assignable work.
  • Assignee - the individual/group assigned to this task.
  • Target Start Date – the date the task is scheduled to begin
  • Target Completion Date – the date the task is scheduled to be complete
  • Status – the status of the task for example, completed, in progress, not started
  • Comments – a space to provide any clarifying information about the task. Examples, dependencies, links to documents, etc.

You can use Excel, Microsoft Project, or TeamDynamix to outline your project schedule.

Project Budget- Required

The project budget describes the costs needed to complete the project. This should include the best estimate of staff hours and up-front and estimated upkeep costs for the next 3 to 5 years.
