RAMALLAH, West Bank – Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said he'll resume direct peace talksif Israel accepts its 1967 frontier as a baseline for the borders of a Palestinian stateand agrees to the deployment of an international force to guard them.
Abbas is under growing pressure from the United States to resume negotiations, and met Saturday with President Barack Obama's Mideast envoy, George Mitchell. Abbas' latest comments, published Saturday in the Jordanian newspaper Al-Ghad, hinted at some flexibility in his position. The Palestinian leader did not mention a comprehensive Israeli settlement freeze as a condition for negotiations — something he has underlined as crucial in the past. However, it seemed unlikely Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu would meet Abbas' demands. Netanyahu has refused to be pinned down on a framework for negotiations, insisting on talks without conditions. The Palestinians are wary of entering talks with the hard line Netanyahu, after 17 years of intermittent talks with a succession of Israeli leaders failed to bring them any closer to statehood.
The Palestinians want to establish their state in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and east Jerusalem, territories Israel captured in the 1967 Mideast War. Netanyahu has not said how much occupied territory he is willing to relinquish for a Palestinian state. However, he has said he will not give up control of Jerusalem and has insisted on a continued Israeli troop presence on the eastern border of a future Palestinian state.
Negotiations between Abbas and Netanyahu's predecessor, Ehud Olmert, broke off in December 2008, on the eve of Israel's military offensive in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip. Abbas has said that in these negotiations, he and Olmert reached an agreement in principle on security arrangements, including the deployment of an international force in the future Palestinian state.
The two leaders also discussed a possible land swap that would allow Israel to annex some Jewish settlements on war-captured lands, and compensate the Palestinians with an equal amount of Israeli land. The two sides disagreed on the amount of land to be swapped.
"We have put forward to the Israelis our position on different final status issues, and especially on borders and security," Abbas told the Jordanian newspaper. "We have said that the borders need to be on a 1967 basis, with agreement on

land swaps equal in value and size, and we gave our vision regarding security, which was agreed on previously, in Olmert's days." He said the Israelis need to recognize these propositions as acceptable, in principle. "If they agree, we will consider that progress ... and this would prompt us to go to direct negotiations," he said. Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev blamed the Palestinians for the deadlock. "We definitely don't want another year and a half without negotiations," he said.
It was not clear whether Mitchell made any headway in his meeting with Abbas on Saturday. Mitchell would only say he was "heartened" by the talks he has held in the region in recent days and that he would return soon. On Friday, he met with Netanyahu. The U.S. envoy has been shuttling between Abbas and Netanyahu in recent weeks to try to close some of the gaps between the sides.
Abbas, Netanyahu and Mitchell are scheduled to meet separately with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak in Cairo on Sunday to sound out the prospects for a return to direct negotiations. Abbas aide Yasser Abed Rabbo said a decision on direct talks is not expected before early next month.
He said the Palestine Liberation Organization's top decision-making body and Arab foreign ministers would have to weigh in on the issue, and that Abbas is also waiting for clarifications from the U.S.

America beware! Fear Yahuweh! His wrath is coming against the nation that presses Israel to divide the Land. But, also the E.U., the UN and Russia—the “Quartet” -- is supporting the pressure America is putting on Israel to divide the Land. Refer to books like: Israel, the Blessing or the Curse by John P. America has already received many warning judgments from Abba, especially since 1991, costing American lives and billions of dollars in damages, but her brain dead citizens are not connecting the dots. But, historically Babylon, and its demons, and its desire for the raising of Nimrod once again, moved west, and is now seated in the nation called America. This is the obsession of American Masons—to bring back Nimrod/Osiris/Apollo – for world rule! So, I ask: What nation, later called in this chapter “the policeman of the earth”, and the world’s final superpower, is in existence at the time when Judah returns to the Land, that is the youngest of the power-nations, has a space program, is the leader in international trade and commerce, crisscrossed with rivers, and has a mixed people population? What nation is the only nation that trades the commodities listed in Revelation 18 daily in one place—which happens to have an international harbor? Duh… Yet fearful fools make excuses for staying in the path of the wrath of Yahuweh, to hold onto idols and gods of comfort and ease. As is His passionate lament: “My people do not know Me”.
When America succeeds in their pressing the division of the land of Israel, and the dividing of Jerusalem, then the backlash will be an attack from the north (Russia, North Korea, China).

As chapters 50 and 51 go on to say, the attack will come on our extremities – borders. Right now we are flanked on all sea borders by Russia and China--submarines and other weapons--even on the Mexico border, and in Cuba, as well as Russian missiles trained on us from Venezuela. When the oilrig blew up, Obama ordered the Swat teams to go to the site. That is done in an act of terrorism. It is believed by some experts that North Korea, who also has submarines in our waters, sent a missile for that attack. When Israel’s and Jerusalem’s dividing begins, the attack on America will also begin! According to the Scriptures, it will be taken out in one day, New York in one hour. Watch carefully what we do to Israel, and fear Yahuweh! He is the One with the ultimate wrath! He is the One who can send a faithless one into the lake of fire. (Matthew 10:24-28)

Abbas Freezes Mitchell’s Bid with New Condition: Int’l Troops by Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu and Maayana Miskin – July 18, 2010
The Palestinian Authority has put into the deep freeze American efforts to coax it into direct talks with Israel on its being recognized as a new Arab country within Israel’s borders. Besides rejecting U.S. President Barack Obama’s direct appealfor direct talks, PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas now demands that international forces be placed in Judea and Samaria before direct talks can begin.
Abbas’s added his new condition in an interview Saturday with the Jordanian al Ghad newspaper. "Israel must accept that the Palestinian territory in question be that of the 1967 borders and with the presence of a third party."
Abbas claimedthat former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert had agreed to accepting international soldiers and that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu must accept the previous deal, although it was never ratified by the Olmert government. Olmert also has stated that the PA never responded to his proposal, while the PA has charged that it was Olmert who did not answer a PA offer. Israel is willing to consider the stationing of European troops at Gaza crossings, but only if they are trained fighting forces. Israel has been let down by European troops in the past,the Foreign Ministerreminded Westerwelle. In 2005, when Israel unilaterally withdrew from Gaza, European states agreed to take charge of the Rafiah crossing between Gaza and Egypt. However, when Hamas began to threaten the international monitors stationed at Rafiah they fled, leaving the crossing unmanned. Israel was forced to deal with the fallout,

which included weapons smuggling, Lieberman added.
Abbas' new condition was made the same day heand U.S. Middle East envoy George Mitchell talked for three hours in Ramallah, where the PA leader held by his previously stated determination not to budge from his demands. As previously reported, Abbas also wants Israel to allow new Arab security posts, referred to by the PA as ”police stations,” throughout Judea and Samaria, including some in Area “C” where Jewish communities are prevalent.
Themilitary establishmenthas been preparing the groundwork for the acceptance of the idea by recent statements praising PA forces and highlighting meetings between senior Israeli and PA military officers. Current agreements officially bar the PA from having an army, but its police forces have been trained by American generals and are being equipped with 50 armored personnel carriers (APCs). The next step in the American attempt to bring Israel and the PA to the same table is in the hands of the Arab world. Abbas and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, in separate visits, are talking with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Sunday, and the Egyptian leader will then conduct talks with the Arab League later in the week. The PA has, as part of its infastructure, a terrorist organization called “Fatah” – which America supports with money and weapons by the multi-millions. Russia supports Hamas and Hezbollah with money and weapons, as well as Iran and Egypt. America and Russia are working together with the UN to destroy Israel from within—creating the chaos necessary for the fulfillment of the third part of the Mazzini/Pike plan of 1871, for a World War III that will bring in the world ruler. Ezekiel 38-39 and Isaiah 17 are a result of this created chaos.
Once Israel is restricted, weakened, and defenseless--unable to fight back and crippled--the attack will come. It is already in the works, with Iran sending ships to Gaza, Libya also, and Turkey now against Israel. The international community is being fed deception, and so anti-Semitism is at an all-time high. War is imminent, and fleeing from the north will be difficult once Hezbollah starts firing the sophisticated Russian missiles. Now, Obama is said to think that Assad of Syria is the hope for peace … when Damascus harbors 14 terrorist organizations, fed by Russia. The confrontation is being set up. But, once war begins, it will escalate internationally.

Look at the Ezekiel 38 lineup. Russia is the orchestra conductor, with Iran as the chief instrument of attack. The House of Togarmah is Turkey. Put is Libya, and Cush is the area of Ethiopia and Sudan. Gomer is Germany, Austria and Eastern European nations. It is all aligning quickly. Take note!

Discussions between Prime Minister Netanyahu and U.S. President Barack Obama at the White House earlier this month threw the ball back into Abbas’ court, with Abbas in the unusual position of being under pressure from President Obama to accept direct talks with Israel. Eitan suggests that the United States still has one card to deal to Abbas: money. He told the Chinese news agency Xinhua that offering additional aid to thePalestinian Authority “could well open the door to a continuation of the process …”

Note: America controls the nations through money. If anyone has to take American money, they must accept America’s control, as well as their “industries”—pornography, drugs, violent music and violent movies, sex slavery of children and women, and submit to a work slave force in which children and adults work 12 hours a day in their fields and factories for, some as little as 30 cents a day. Israel is under America’s control, even on the battlefield, for they are a recipient of American money. They went from a modest society to a pornographic society almost overnight. the fear of Elohim”. Fear Yahwueh… your eternal salvation depends on it!
Who is listening? I have been accused of writing too much. But, from 2001, when He started telling me what to write, and what to say, He has not let up. I have been a watchmen from Jordan, Israel, and other places. But, His messages keep me going day and night, hearing and writing. Since 2005, He has had me going on gate-keeping assignments, but how can I stop warning, when His people are so dead in spirit, so imprisoned in mind and emotions, and so submitted to the evil one? I have been very discouraged with the rejection of Abba’s message by most, but the few who “know their Elohim” and are acting and who will do “exploits” keep me going. While nice, and carrying on a religious lifestyle, most do not know Him well enough to obey Him. They fear losing their idols more than they fear losing Him! His requirements for discipleship begin with humility, repentance, and absolute committal to Him alone as Master…that’s the beginning!
Obama is pressuring not only Abbas, but Netanyahu … and, as a Muslim and Communist in the midst of a radical overthrow of America, Obama is working on the completion of the Mazzini/Pike plan—to bring in the final plan of Nimrod for his tower. Hamas considers Obama to be their savior—figure that!
