Isle of Wight Enrichment tour, 10/07/2017 – 13/07/2017
I am delighted to be able to offer your child the exciting opportunity to take part in our enrichment trip to the Isle of Wight! This is a replacement for the France visit.
The visit will take place subject to there being sufficient funds to cover the cost. The total suggested contribution is£299.00. This price includes coach transport, return ferry crossings, full-board accommodation, along with all activities and visits.
We will be travelling by coach from our school to the Isle of Wight, departing on Monday 10th July and returning late on theThursday 13th July. We are looking forward to a busy itinerary, which will include a visit to theAmazon World Zoo Park, Needles Park and its Sand Shop, a sweet factory, Alum Bay glass and its glass-blowing crafts, Fossil Hunting and Dinosaur Isle Museum and to finish our stay a visit to theRobin Hill Adventure Park!
Should you wish your child to take part; the following arrangements for payment will operate.
Payment schedule:
£25 by Friday 30/09/2016
£60.00 by Monday 05/12/2016
£214.00 by Thursday 11/05/2017
I will be holding a meeting for parents on Tuesday27th Septemberat 3:30 in Redwood Classto finalise the arrangements. Should you have any queries in the meantime, please contact the school office or email me at .
If you would like your child to have a place on this visit, please complete the reply slip below and return it by Friday 30th September and pay the non-refundable deposit of £25 on Parent Pay or by Pay Point.

STATEMENT
I acknowledge receipt of the information regarding this proposed visit and consent to my child’s participation.

I am willing to contribute the suggested amount of £299 as per the payment schedule and conditions mentioned in the invitation letter.
I agree to members of staff giving permission for my child to receive appropriate medical treatment in an emergency.
I undertake to inform the teacher in charge of the activity in the event of any changes in my child’s fitness prior to the date of departure.
I have ensured that my child understands that it is important for his/her safety and for the safety of the group that any rules and any instructions given by the staff in charge are obeyed.
