If you missed the winter PAT classes…self-study option available

If you are still in need of an agricultural private Pesticide Applicator license for 2014 and were unable to attend a winter training session, producers have the option to take the exam self-study any time throughout the year. This can be done by purchasing a manual and making an appointment with the UW-Extension office nearest to you.

Private Pesticide Applicator Training is designed for those individuals engaged in agricultureand planning to purchase restricted use pesticides. Individuals can be certified in 3 categories: General Farming, Fruit Crops, and Greenhouse and Nursery.
