- Perform conventional and rigless multi-well project work that included multi-stage horizontal frac and acid stimulations of wells up to 4500 mMD.
- Work on high pressure high flow Shale Gas new & recompletion projects involving horizontal frac and acid jobs, pump downs, coiled drill-outs, and casing deformation issues
- Extremely knowledgeable in workovers from simple pump chances to hole in tubing, casing leaks, fishing jobs, selective acid jobs, conversions from production to injection wells, and numerous other processes.
- Capable of working with 650 m shallow sweet to 5800m sour & critical sour (up to 58% H2S) vertical, directional, horizontal, and/or multi-lateral wells (Monterey, Rock Creek, Glauconite, Cardium, Belly River, Pekisko & more formations.)
In charge of sweet, sour, & critical sour (0 – 29% H2S) suspensions, workovers, and abandonments on 300 to 4800 m Vertical and/or horizontal wells

Heavy oil horizontal SAGD completions.
- Equippedseveral wells for production, abandonments, formations targeted, high temperature kill and ESP pump changes,thermal tubing recompletions with steam splitters and inflow control devices, coiled tubing instrumentationdeployment, diagnostic logging of intermediate casings and liners, and prepared wells for recompletions.

Reported to Calgary based Superintendent Rod Hine on Horn River Shale ops in NE British Columbia
- HPHT 6000 mMD multi stage & multi-well completions and snubbing, tractor assembly & wireline pump downperforating, energized slickwater fracs on individual wells covering up to 22 stages of approximate 200 – 250tonnes/stage at 15 – 18 m³/min for an approximate 6000 m³ of fluid on wells that would build to 21 MPa with flowrate capabilities of 490 E³m³.

- Managed a 400 well Southern Alberta CBM project responsible for overall execution including critical sour Wabamun & Pekisko workovers on wells up to 58% H2S in the areas surrounding Drayton Valley & Carstairs.

SAFETY MANAGEMENT / ORIENTATION / HAZARD IDENTIFICATION
Confirm safety of worksites and equipment, along with the safe handling of substances, materials, and supplies to prevent loss, damage or injury.
Implement environmental controls and promote environmental awareness to project personnel.

Design and plan for drilling and completion operations including cement, casing, mud, equipment, materials, tubular design and well trajectory.
Extensive operational experience which has involved remedial cementing, production testing, and optimization.
Collect, review and file field level hazard assessments (sub-standard documents were given to supervision to review requirements with worker) and take corrective action based on assessment.
