Entry Fees: R85.00 per dog per class for 1st dog, R80 for 2nd dog and R75 for each subsequent dog. Please add R18.50 for each cash deposit to cover bank charges.

Catalogue:R50.00 (to be ordered with entries.)

Membership Fees:(Due 1st May 2015) R100.00 Single, R150.00 Family. Plus Joining Fee

for new or lapsed membership, R30.00.

Classes:Baby Puppy, Minor Puppy, Puppy, Junior, Graduate, Novice, S.A. Bred, Veterans, Imported, Open, Champions, Neuter.

Best of Classes:Dog and Bitch winners of the Champ Show classes will automatically qualify for the "Best of Class" judging, immediately after the Champ Show.

Special Classes:Best Forequarters, Best Hindquarters, Best Head & Neck, Best Movement, Best Type, Height & Soundness, Brace, Progeny, Non CC Winners,

Entries: R5.00 per class.

Entries to be submitted with Champ Show entries, (enter total amount for specials under “other “and complete the entry form provided), or enter prior to the start of the Championship Show judging, on the day.

Trophies: A full list of trophies will appear in the catalogue. All trophies will be

awarded as the Judging takes place.

NOTE: No trophies will be handed out to Non-Members

Prizes: To all classes - 1st, 2nd & 3rd; CC & RCC winners; B.B.P.I.S, B.P.I.S, R.B.I.S, B.I.S, B.N.I.S.

Top Ten Competition winners.

Rosettes: To all Championship Show class winners; CC & RCC winners; B.B.P.I.S, B.P.I.S, R.B.I.S, B.I.S; IW of the year 2014; Runner-Up IW of the

Year 2014; BOS IW of the Year 2014; Puppy of the Year 2014.

Sashes: B.P.I.S, R.B.I.S, B.I.S and IW of the year 2014.

Catering: There will be a breakfast served before the show at 09h00 - please do join us.

PLEASE NOTE:

Numbers will not be posted - please collect on the day from 09:00 am.

Entries together with a copy of the deposit slip for entry fees, postmarked on or prior to the closing date will be accepted provided they are received within 5 (five) days after closing date. Faxed/scanned entries will be accepted provided the deposit slip is included.

Entry fees must accompany entries - entries will NOT be accepted without the relevant fees.

No RAF or TAF entries will be accepted.

Dogs not entered in a class, or dogs entered in a class which does not exist, will be automatically be entered in the OPEN CLASS.

Puppies under the age of 4 months are not eligible for entry at this show.

Bitches in season will be allowed, but exhibitors are requested to exercise consideration towards other exhibitors.

The mating of bitches within the precincts of the show grounds is prohibited.

Dogs not entered for exhibition are not permitted at the show grounds.

The conditions stipulated in the KUSA Regulations 7 & 31 of Schedule 3 attract immediate disqualification.

The Committee reserves the right to appoint an alternative judge should the appointed judge be unable to officiate.

All exhibitors / handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claims which may be made in respect of injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs.
