Your applicationwill be acknowledgedand, once a suitable dog is found,we willarrange a homecheck for you. Please note that it is important that the homechecker meets everyone living in the home and that they may bring their own dog(s) with them.

Do you agree to one of our representatives carrying out a follow up visit to ascertain the welfare of the dog in the future? Yes / No

Please note that should your homecheck be successful and we agree to rehome a dog with you, you must agree to return the dog to us should you be unable to keep the dog for whatever reason.

Useful Notes/Things to Consider:

1  A dog is a long-term responsibility and therefore you must ensure you have the financial means for supporting the dog throughout the whole of it’s life.

2  We strongly recommend taking out Pet Insurance for your dog.

3  Dogs must be microchipped (if, for some reason, we were unable to already do this).

4  Feeding: we recommend the BARF (bones and raw food) diet. To find out more about this method of feeding, we recommend a book by Dr Ian Billinghurst ‘Give Your Dog a Bone’.

5  Vaccinations: Once the dogs come into our care, they are treated homoeopathically and not vaccinated any further. If you have internet access, please see http://www.canine-health-concern.org.uk/ website to see the horrific facts and photos on the effects of vaccines.

6  The minimum donation per dog will be £200 to cover any treatment, food, transportation, etc. Nine times out of ten, this does not cover the full cost of rehoming a dog. However, we need a minimum donation in order to at least recover some of the costs as at this stage we do not receive any form of funding. Please note that the donation is non-refundable.
