Invitation to Bid

The Hickman County Finance Office is accepting sealed bids for Maintenance Lighting Repair Parts for school parking lots.

Specifications can be found online at: www.hickmank12.org/request-for­ proposal.

Sealed bids must be mailed or delivered to the Hickman County Finance Office, 114 North Central Avenue, Suite 203, Centerville, TN 37033 and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope "Maintenance Lighting Repair Parts". Bids will be opened on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in the Finance Office.

The Hickman County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts of bids and to waive any informalities that would prevent the acceptance of a better bid.

Part B Specs for Maintenance Lighting Repair Parts:

The following items are being bid for repair parts for lighting in school parking lots: Requirement Specs:

All bidders must submit photo, as well as lumen output in comparative Watts with lights being submitted as bid . All lighting submitted must be USA assembled lights and have a minimum of 5 year warranty on parts, with 10 year warranty given preference.

All lighting components being submitted for bid, must be multi volt 208/230 single phase and 277v 3 phase.

All lighting components being submitted must be assembled and distributed inside the United States and be serviced within the United States in regard to a minimum 5 year no nonsense replacement warranty swap out and 10 preferred no nonsense warranty will be given preference.

Warranty specifically will be aimed at drivers and led boards component of lights but again a complete head swap out to include no cost to customer for shipping and or pick up of the defective component wilt be given preference in this bid, along with combination of warranty time given weight of choice.

Housing will be bronze in color with options of silver housing if needed. Housing must be aluminum or cast aluminum and plastic housings will not be accepted for bid.

Lights are to have a step down dimming feature that will step up if motion is detected and can be timer set on step down feature.

lighting tumens are to be as follows: Light color 5000 / Narrow beam with maximum throw distance Please spell out in your submittal that these specs are all listed as being met.
