a)The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders prior to acceptance.
b)The works may be totally dropped, decreased or increased after verification for any reason. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased/increased quantity of work.
c)Payment will be made subject to availability of fund. No claim will be entertained for delay payment.
d)Notification of Award (NOA) shall be issue subjected to approval from the competent authority & availability of the fund.No claim will be entertained
e)Provision laid down in the Public Procurement Regulation-2008, Procurement Procedures, Delegation of Financial Power/08 shall be in strict compliance.
f) Tender security will be in the form of Bank Draft/ Pay Order from any Scheduled Bank in favour of Deputy Director, Regional Account Cell (RAC), BWDB, Khulna.Tender Security may also be submitted in the form of an irrevocable bank guarantee from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in favor of Executive Engineer, Narail O&M Division, BWDB, Narailin the format (Form PW3-6) furnished in Section 5 (Tender and Contract Forms) Pay order must be issued from any branch of scheduled bank within Khulna city in favor of Deputy Director, Regional Account Cell (RAC), BWDB, Khulna.
g) When Modification of BOQ is submitted, it must be item wise as a modified BOQ. Modification by a simple letter mentioning some percent above/less of quoted price will not be acceptable
h) Cost of all laboratory test shall be borne by the concerned contractor for which no extra claim will be entertained.
