1.Question:Do you accept submitted proposals for solicitationMDN0031014459by email or postal service?

Response:Per IFB Section 1.6(B)(1), DHR will not accept Bids by any electronic means, such as e-mail or eMaryland Marketplace. Bidders should either mail or hand-deliver their Bids as outlined at IFB Section 3.1.

2.Question:Let me know if $319 each would be a competitive bid for DHR AGENCY CONTROL NUMBER: OTHS/OTHS-14-028-S / ADPICS NUMBER: N00R4401246.

Response:DHR is not able to answer this question and will not disclose its budget. Please submit your bid as per instructions in Section 3 of the IFB.

3.Question:What is the budget for this procurement?

Response:DHR will not disclose its budget.

4.Question:Please list the names of countries that are eligible to participate in this tender/submit a Bid.

Response:Bidder qualifications may be found at IFB Section 2.18. Per Section 1.34 of the IFB, Bidders are required by law to be registered with the State of Maryland, Department of Assessments and Taxation, Comptroller’s Office as well as with the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation and must have a resident agent. This is true for both domestic and foreign business entities. It is strongly recommended that any potential Bidder be completely registered prior to the due date for receipt of Bids. Failure to do so may result in an otherwise successful Bid being deemed unacceptable.

5.Question:Will DHR extend the bidding deadline?

Response:DHR does not plan to extend the Bid due date at this time.

6.Question:Has DHR issued an addendum or Pre-Bid Meeting minutes?

Response:No, DHR has not issued an addendum. Bidders are asked to monitor eMaryland Marketplace and the DHR website for any potential amendments to the IFB. Per Section 1.10, DHR will not hold a Pre-Bid Conference and therefore will not issue Pre-Bid Meeting minutes.
