Project Organised Learning,- Autumn 2004

An interactive round of presentations

Before the presentation

The ‘Who are you?’ sheet is copied in a number corresponding to the number of participants, with ½ of the copies on one colour paper (i.e. red) and the other ½ on another colour paper (i.e. green). The partner interview sheet is copied in a number corresponding to the number of participants.

During the presentation

1) Who are you?

The participants are randomly divided into 2 groups with an equal number of participants in each group. The 2 groups are given red and green ‘Who are you?’ sheets, respectively. All participants fill in the ‘Who are you?’ sheets and all sheets are collected in 2 bunches, according to colour (app. 5 minutes).

2) Who is your partner?

The persons in the group who filled in the red sheets are now given a green sheet each and vice versa. Each ‘red’ participant now has to identify the person who filled in the green ‘Who are you?’ sheet which he/she has been given (app. 5 minutes)

3) Partner interview

The ‘red’ persons now interview their ‘green’ partner with the purpose of introducing her/him to the others (app. 10 minutes).

4) Repeat 2) and 3) but with ‘green’ persons identifying and interviewing their ‘red’ partner (app. 15 minutes)
