How to celebrate/ award scholarships- at High School?
Tony Kirby suggested maybe to award at OK-AHEAD Conference. Issue was time/travel
Applicant, High School Senior,OK Tech or OK Higher Ed., Post –Secondary, Document of Disability, Enrolled in 6 hours of coursework – 2.0 GPA

Newsletter-Was began to reach out to members and others to try to entice new membership but was never monitored. Allie Murie used to be on sub-committee. Template available
Website-Needs updating on Resources/Dir of Dis Services at Higher Ed.
Student Handbook- Needs updating also, include revisions to ADA
Survey to Disabilities Providers and ask FAQS to update- Myths/Misconceptions. FAQS could be left out and put under resources. Check on neighboring states if they produce a handbook.

Meeting; Occurrence- 4x annually- can do video, email, phone conferences.
Quorum = 8 of 14 members
Membership= between 30 to 50 members. Chemene requested to send out snip-its, info regarding membership, update directory info.
Next meeting: September after Labor Day
