If you haven’t been in the recreation center lately, please come and enjoy the wonderful amenities that Triumvera provides for itshomeowners.

As always we have one of the most beautiful indoor pools around, a kids pool and a whirlpool spa. The main pool is heated to 83 degrees.Saunas are located ineach of the men’s and women’s locker rooms.

The RecCenter also has several card and game rooms available for use, a library and we even have a resident artist, who enjoys painting in the artist’s corner.

Our party room is for rent by owners for special occasions and is available for association sponsored programs (see more under suggestions.) The room is equipped with a large screen TV, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen..

SUGGESTIONS WELCOMED

One suggestion already made is to bring back the movie night, every other Friday night. John, the office front desk attendant, is in charge of the suggested movie titles.Let us know what movies you would be interested in seeing. Use the suggestion box on the counter of the check-in desk, if John is not available.

Other possibilities are bingo and /or casino nights. Have any other ideas for fun community activities to bring us together? We’d love to hear them.

We have started collecting homeowner’s email addresses for alternative communication means.Stop by the office and drop off your email address.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

If you are interested in books and reading, let us know. We are hoping to have a Book Review Corner in the newsletter and maybe we could get together a book club. We have a small library here at the rec center. It needs some attention and it will be a great amenity. We would welcome a volunteer librarian. Experience would be helpful, but it is not required. See me with ideas for the library.

Keep the Date Open

December 19th – Luau Holiday Party!

A food corner, with new recipes would also be fun and helpful. In this newsletter, Dayna starts it off on page 3, with Turkey Chili recipe, perfect for this early season cold air. Please contribute to this corner of the newsletter with some of your own signature or family recipes. Maybe we could even get a Triumvera cook book together.

SAVING MONEY $$

As a cost saving’s move, Triumvera will use the 2009 Vehicle Stickers through the 2010 year. Starting January 2011, we will issue new stickers for 2011 & 2012. Bring in your cost savings ideas we’ll share them with the other homeowners in theses difficult economic times. You will see some advertising in the newsletter and this is to offset the cost of production.
