Internet2/CLEARSPAN®PILOT PROGRAM

Thank you for your interest in the Internet2/Clearspan®Pilot Program (“Pilot”).

As part of the Pilot, we will provide you with the necessary Clearspanproducts and related services (if any) for up to30 days. During this time, you can use the Clearspanproducts for your internal review prior to purchasing Clearspan.

We want you to get the most out of this Pilot and if any Clearspan product does not work properly, we will remedy the problem during the duration of the Pilot. However, please recognize that you are not purchasing anything as part of this Pilot, and therefore, we are supplying everything “as is” and disclaim all express or implied warranties and that we will not be responsible for any losses or damages caused by the Pilot.

Below are the guidelines for the Clearspan PilotProgram:

  • Contact us when you receive the products so that we can assist you in getting the product up and running right away
  • Frequently provide details of your experience using the products to your Technical Sales Manager (“TSM”)
  • Cooperate with us and let us know of errors or other problems you experience
  • Don’t reverse engineer or decompile, sublicense, lease, assign, copy, modify, merge or transfer any product
  • Do not try to use the 911 feature as 911 dialing will be disabled
  • Don’t move any product from the location it was delivered without asking us and getting our “OK”
  • Keep the information and products you receive during the Pilot confidential and do not disclose it to any third parties
  • Either of us can end the Pilot early by telling the other
  • Return each product in the same condition as you received it (including packing materials)

We are confident the Pilot Program will provide a clear demonstration of the Clearspan™ features and functionality. To take advantage of this valuable opportunity, please sign below and return to your Sales representative. If you have any questions or concerns about the Pilot, please feel free to call your Sales representative.
