International Trade (Fauna and Flora) Regulations [Cap 210]

ARRANGEMENT OF REGULATIONS*

To provide for the forms of permits, fees and matters connected therewith.
1. Interpretation
In the Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:-
"Act" means the International Trade (Fauna and Flora) Act [Cap. 210];
"Convention" means the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora;
"Management Authority" means the Environment Section of the Department of Physical Planning and Environment, Ministry of Home Affairs.
2. Form of application for a permit
Every application for the grant of a permit shall be made to the Management Authority in the form set out in Schedule 1 and accompanied by a fee of VT 200.
3. Form of export permit
An export permit granted in accordance with the provisions of section 4, 8 or 12 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 2.
4. Form of import permit
An import permit granted under the provisions of sections 5, 9 or 13 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 3.
5. Form of re-export permit
A re-export permit granted under the provisions of sections 6 or 10 of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 4.
6. Form or certificate
Every certificate issued under the provisions of section 11(1) of the Act shall be in the form set out in Schedule 5.
