Opis stanowiska / In G Partner we are never bored! Every day, there are various interesting tasks waiting for you here, although the most important ones are:
- International team management (Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine), including:
- Ongoing analysis of KPIs and goals, objectives' setting, prioritizing
- Motivating, taking care of the working spirit and team integration, assisting others in problem solving
- Taking part in team projects
- Establishment and development of relationships with major clients
- Mentoring the assigned team through main aspects of the sales process (following the continuous improvement approach), development of team members’ competencies
- Taking care of internal communication and active building of the company’s culture
- Cooperation with other members of the managers team, with other departments and with key partners

- Higher education (marketing, management), interest in digital marketing and a very good knowledge of English language, especially Business English
- Professional experience in sales management (especially in the SMEs area)

- Ability to quickly learn and get to know a new domain, products, systems, analytic capabilities (quantitative data analysis, KPIs, trends, budgets, etc.)
