International Student Important Payment Deadline for Tuition & Fees
Returning International Students

December 14th, 2016 is the financial commitment date by which students must have taken payment action to maintain course registration.

Complete one of the following by December 14th, 2016

•  Make a minimum payment of $400 towards account. This would be your $300 deposit & $100 international student fee.

•  Contract an approved payment plan with Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS) to pay your bill in monthly installments. Sign up by going to eServices, log in and select Bills and Payment.

•  Pay tuition and fees in full.


While in the U.S., you are responsible for all financial obligations: tuition, health insurance, books, rent, telephone bills, credit card expenses, food, shelter, etc., and for all the bills owed to MSUM. This is a serious matter and it is critically important that you maintain your financial matters accordingly, as you will not be able to register or continue courses at MSUM until your MSUM bill is paid in full.


If you are a student through a U.S Department of State sponsored program, exchange program or Saudi Cultural Mission program please email to inquire of your minimum payment.

Between January 9 - 13th 4 p.m. make your registration changes: Free Drop/Add Period is 5 days. All classes not dropped by January 13th @ 4:00 pm become charges owed and must be paid. Remember, you must be registered for at least 12 credits as an international student and 9 credits must be in the classroom.

For spring semester 2017, the payment-in-full date is February 13th, 2017 (25 business days after the start of the semester). Full payment of all remaining charges are due unless the student has obtained an approved payment plan. If bills are not paid, you will not be able to register for upcoming semester, obtain a transcript, or work on-campus.


REMEMBER, BILLS ARE NOT MAILED! You can view, print and pay your bill on line through eServices under the Bills and Payment tab.
