Summative Assessment – II Time Table (2016 – 17)

Do’s & Don’t for Term End Assessments:

1)Make a study time table and stick in your study room.

2)Take enough food, sleep and exercise while you are studying, eating well help your brain function

better

3)Take as many practice exams as you can and compare your answers with model

answers.

4) Do your best to plan far ahead of the test date so that you can block out

plenty of study time

5)Don't study in a place with lots of distractions, but do find the place that best works for you.

6)Do pack up everything you need for the exam the night before so that you don't get in a panic for forgetting something (such as pencils, eraser, pens, geometry box etc.)

7)Do arrive to class a few minutes early so that you can get situated comfortably in your seat and mentally prepare for the exam.

8)Don't ignore any directions you receive with the exam. Make certain you understand the test's

instructions before you start taking it.

9)Don't allow yourself to get stuck on a question for too long; you must pace yourself so that you

can complete the exam in time.

10)Don't get caught up in how fast other classmates complete their tests; take your time and make certain you answer

all required sections/questions.

11)Do try and save time to complete one final review of your test before you submit it, but don't make too many

changes to your answers in haste or doubt.
