- Each college offers its own course
- May make sense in some colleges but not others depending on number of international students

- Easier to make it a for-credit course
- Other universities use testing to determine placement

- Implement some sort of regional rest
- Level 3 ESLI students also take bridge/transition course during Level 3

- Not much for ESLI students (don't pay fees)
- TAMUCC students go to CASA, writing center, etc
- If professors alert OIE that there is a problem, then they can help student
- Midterm grades have to be posted
- No reporting structure for grad students
- Needs to be better communicated to faculty
