Job Title:Project coordinator

Reports to:Project Director
Function:
Under the supervision of the project directorcoordinatejoint ICO Community Wellbeing and Danone Ecosystem Fundproject’s activities; ensure that the project produces the results (outputs) specified in the project documents, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost
Responsibilities:
- Coordinatethe project activities according to the Project contribution and cooperation Agreements
- Organize trainings, seminars, monitoring visits, meetings with cooperatives’ boards, other project events
- Prepare data, materials, and presentations for Project Steering Committee
- Collect dataoneconomic activities of cooperatives, milk productivity and project impact
- Conduct monitoring visits to cooperatives located in 6 regions of Ukraine
- Assist in maintaining communication with Danone Ukraine, Danone Ecosystem Fund and other project partners
- Prepare activities reports, progress reports, annual reports, and final project reports according to the requirements of Heifer Ukraine, Danone Ecosystem Fund and Heifer International/ICO Community Wellbeing
- Develop collaboration with local, regional and national NGOs, donors, partners and state institutions on issues of project implementation and dissemination of results
- Promote the project work through participating in relevant international and national conferences/ meetings/ round tables/ forums and other events
Education and/or Experience:
- Higher education inmanagement, economics, social sciences or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experiencepreferably in the field ofrural areas development
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
a)Good knowledge of Ukrainian, Intermediate English - verbal and written
b)Strong organizational and communication skills
c)Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
d)Ability to produce accurate documents in a well-designed and attractive format
e)Ability to make 2-3 business trips per month
f)Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
g)Responsible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
h)Ability to foster and maintain a spirit of unity, teamwork and cooperation
i)Sensitivity in working with multiple cultures and beliefs, and to gender equity.
j)Basic understanding and sensitivity to issues associated with poverty, hunger and environment
k)Driving license would be a benefit
