Knowledge & Experience / Generally, we would estimate it would take a minimum of 4 years overall work experience including two years previous Compensation & Benefits experience at an Analyst level to perform this role to a competent standard.
Experience of using HR systems and running reports to obtain data using proprietary report writing tools such as Business Objects, Crystal or Cognos.
Experience of representing HR and/or Compensation & Benefits during an HR system implementation from specification to data migration and user testing / parallel runs / X

Training &
Education / Degree standard of education including GCSE Mathematics and English with a pass mark of C and above
or
6 GCSES including Mathematics and English with a pass mark of C and above, with over 3 years Compensation & Benefits experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office training course (pass) (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook)
Advanced Microsoft Office training course including Excel, Word and PowePoint (pass)
