INTERIM ORDER
Interim order below the application of applicant/consumers M/S. Indus Towers Ltd. Terkheda, Tq. Dist. Osmanabad V/s MSEDCL in case no 01/2017.
The present application in A form has been filed by the applicant/consumer requesting to the forum that;
1) We received wrong bill which not due to MSEDCL, the bill is charged on wrong assumptions i.e. on average of 3600 units per months even after meter running correctly without any error up to Date 20.04.2016.
2) Supply disconnected without giving any notice.
3) Supply disconnected on date 20.09.2016 at about 10.00 hrs even after the case is pending for disposal of bill revision/withdrawal with SDO Washi, Dist. Osmanabad.
4) Nature of relief sought by the applicant/consumer from the forum
i) An interim order may please be granted immediately to restore the electricity supply at the site.
ii) To grant loss of compensation @ the rate of Rs. 1800/- per day since date of disconnection till the date of restoration of the supply.
iii) To grant cost of transportation of diesel @ Rs. 800/- per alternate day
iv) To grant Rs. 10,000/- towards harassment and mental torture.
The applicant’s representative and concerned officers of MSEDCL were heard at length in this forum in r/o. Indus tower, Terkheda consumer no. 6060707118524. The issues point involved in the present matter are the consumer no. 6060707118524 Terkheda Washi S/Dn being a mobile tower consumer. The premises is visited & verified by flying squad, Ratnagiri on date 22.04.2016 & they found that the display of meter is off hence they had given assessment 120 units per day which workouts 43200 units after deducting 15203 units which are billed in the period of one year. The assessment of Rs. 442161.60/- is given with bill of April 16 to the consumer hence the grievance is involved.
The consumer representative Mr. Bapusaheb Vishwanath Shinde has given application to SDO Washi in order to solve matter but he didn’t solved. MSEDCL temporary disconnected supply on date 20.09.2016 without giving notice as per Electricity Act 2003 Sec. 56 (1). MSEDCL has reconnected the supply on 25.10.2016 by accepting only current demand from May-16 to Aug-16. Suddenly on date 03.02.2017 the connection is made PD by MSEDCL without any intimation to consumer.
While calculating the assessment per day 120 units MSEDCL has not considered whether the consumer is connected on shadable / non shadable feeder.
Hence forum passes following interim order.
Order
1. The meter data of applicant/consumer no. 606070718524 is to be downloaded to confirm for tamper event (display off) by the concerned authority of MSEDCL.
2. The display of meter is off for this tamper event the meter may please be handed over to manufacture company & the exact tamper date is to be analyze correctly.
3. The supply of consumer is reconnected immediately by accepting ¼ of bill against assessment bill Rs. 442161.60/-.
4. The report of compliance made before one month without fail.

The present application in A form has been filed by the applicant/consumer requesting to the forum that;
1) We received wrong bill which not due to MSEDCL, the bill is charged on wrong assumptions i.e. on average of 2130 units per month for 12 months even after meter running correctly without any error up to Date 20.04.2016.
2) Supply disconnected without giving any notice.
3) Supply disconnected on date 20.09.2016 at about 10.00 hrs even after the case is pending for disposal of bill revision/withdrawal with SDO Washi, Dist. Osmanabad.

The issues point involved in the present matter are the consumer no. 606250619443 Bavi Washi S/Dn being a mobile tower consumer. The assessment of Rs. 218686.90/- is given with bill of April 16 to the consumer hence the grievance is involved.
