The employee is paid bi-weekly. The employee earns 12.25 hourly. The employee works 40 hours a week. Employees working at Banana Republic are not unionized. The employee must pay income tax (Federal & Provincial), EI and CPP. This particular employee is only registered for the employee dental plan which is $24.00 a month for; so $12.00 a pay period. The employee was able to earn an $8.00 bonus for this pay period by enrolling two customers to sign-up for their promotional points card.
