We are expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for experienced and accomplished Financial Services professionals in the Insurancesector.

Working Conditions:

  • Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
  • Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations,for short or long term
  • Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience working on multiple projects with an international exposure (strong asset)
  • Consulting and/or project delivery experience will be strong asset
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Non-Life or Life Insurance (Products, Underwriting, Claims, Leakage / Fraud)
  • Insurance systems development/implementation experience (functional/business analysis, functional requirements setting)
  • Core processes mapping, performing AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, business processes optimization
  • Insurance products development
  • Development of pricing strategies and pricing models
  • Actuarial modelling for non-life and/or life Insurance:

Insurance technical reserves, Capital requirements, Pricing

Familiarity with actuarial systems (e.g. Prophet, Moses, ResQ, Igloo, R, S++) would be an asset

Actuarial qualifications would be an asset

  • Excellent Englishand good Frenchcommunication skills (written & spoken) are required
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
