Instructions to the Presenters
Oral presentations
The presenters are requested to prepare a 12-minute lecture for their accepted abstract and allow for another 3 minutes for questions, suggestion, and discussion. The session chairs have beenasked to strictly control the time schedule mainly due to synchronizing the parallel sessions. This requirement is to allow the participants to move from one session to another without missing anything of each presentation.
ISEE/ES AC 2018 International Conference only allows an oral presentation via a projector using Microsoft PowerPoint (see the oral template). The official format is provided for suggestion and the presenters can use the PPT formats by themselves. Due to time restrictions, the oral presenters will NOT be allowed to connect their own computers to the data projectors at the Symposiumor oral sessions. All presenters must load and test their presentations in the Audio Visual Preview Room at R210 room the day prior their session.
The first-day(Friday) speakers should test their presentations on Thursday between 13:30 and 15:00 or Friday morning before 10:00 AM, while others a day before presentation. It is the responsibility of the individual presenters (not the organizers) to ensure their presentation is uploaded and checked. An audio-visual technician will be available to assist.
