DL AM09 / BIG VEHICLES ELECTRIC CIRCUITS AND COMPONENTS – didactic equipment
The simulator panel must be purposely designed and realized to allow a complete and easy learning of the techniques and the devices used in the electrical systems of the Diesel cycle engine vehicles.
This simulation panel must deal with the circuits and the electric components used in the industrial vehicles (buses, lorries, etc.)
The following sections of the electric plant must be reproduced and analyzed:
• Electrical supply
• Starting
• Ignition
• Fuel injection
• Auxiliary plants (doors opening/closing, defrosting, anti-theft system, etc.)
• Indicators
• Cooling and aeration
• Windshield wipers
• Signaling system
• Lighting system
• Head lights
• Anti-fog lights
The trainer must be specially designed in vertical frames, bench-top, so as students can watch the theoretical and practical study of the automotive systems. The simulator must consist of a panel operated by a PC with a coloured diagram that should clearly show the structure of the system and should allow the location of components on it. The display of the information available on the PC screen must allow the continuous control of the educational system. The operational conditions must be entered by the students. The insertion of faults must be carried out through the PC.
The trainer must be supplied with the software and the documentation that shall guide the student to the study and the performance of the simulation exercises.
The scheme must utilize the symbols specified by the DIN regulations
The simulator panels must be made of fire varnished metal covered by a coloured polyester glue 150μ 3M7962. The front panel must have the RAL colour 1007 and schematic diagram. External dimensions: 1041 x 690 x 150 (470 with the base) mm.
All components and leads must be made to protect the safety of the students according to the laws in force.
It must be provided with manual in English language
