Dock Load / Unloading Sequence Material Work Instructions /
1)  Complete tugger / fork lift inspection sheet.
2)  Contact the area clerk for number of sequence racks to load on outbound sequence truck.
3)  Pull Finish sequence racks of material to dock staging area when required.
4)  Pull 1 manifest from each rack that is scheduled to be shipped.
5)  Load racks with highest rack number first (in the nose of the trailer) being sure to group the commodities together as instructed. Reference WI- 106
6)  Strap and secure load Reference WI-106
7)  Go to computer and enter shipments:
1.  Select commodity and dock to ship
2.  Select the rack numbers being shipped
3.  Enter trailer number and time
4.  Enter PRINT which prints to printer
5.  Enter RESET (which will allow you to begin next load)
6.  Attach manifest to shipper and deliver to office clerk.
