Each co-author is kindly required within one month from the receipt of the official communication from PRINTO:

  1. To review and add comments to the manuscript in track change (or state that you do not have any edits after your review of the manuscript)
  2. To complete the attached ICMJE Form for Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest completed by your and all additional co-authors in your centre.
  3. Only for people in the acknowledgment section: to provide a formal approval to be listed in this section.
