Instructions for Posting

Injury Fund Games

(Please do not confuse this posting with the RIIL postings)

  1. The form you will be using is on the following website:

Click on the GAME POSTING channel on the left-hand side.

  1. Saveit as one of your favorite sites so you can use it for the winter and spring games as well.
  1. Fill in the blanks for all boxes and submit. Except for your email address, every box has a drop down menu. Once submitted, it will revert back to the form so a new game can be posted. To keep a record of what you posted, please remember to save the confirmation email.
  1. Post both HOME and AWAY games. The away games,are a cross reference to check opponentscontests to make sure all participants are covered. Please,DO NOT POST THE GAME UNTIL IT HAS TAKEN PLACE.
  1. If you are hosting a tournament at your site, you will need to indicate all the teams that will be playing. List the team you are playing as your primary opponent. All other teams should be listed ACROSS rather than listing them down. If the coaches’ association is submitting a list of teams that played at your site, you do not have to list all teams just the primary opponent.Do however, fill in all the other boxes. If the tournament is not being hosted by the coaches’ association and you have more than nine teams entered, post the event with all the remaining teams.

Avoid being dropped from the injury fund, all games should be posted by the deadline dates set for each season. Deadline dates can be found on the injury fund website, in Policies and Procedures.Deadline for posting: Fall- September 30th, Winter- December 31st and Spring - April 30th.

The HOST TEAM is to send in the injury fund check no later than two weeks after the game has taken place. Deadline for mailing in proceeds: Fall- October 31st, Winter- January 31st and Spring- May 31st.
