Instructions for logging into the computer for the first time this year:
Login with your password from last year. If you forgot it, let me know so I can contact Mrs. DeSoto for a password reset. If you are new:
Login: Letter “n” plus student ID number Password: ABcd12
New Password: at least 7 characters long, at least one capital letter, at least one number, and cannot include any part of the student’s name
Go to turnitin.com. and either log in, or click on “create account” in the upper right-hand corner, if needed. To register for our course, you
will be asked to enter a CLASS ID and PASSWORD, which is below.

After you have finished creating your profile, open Microsoft Word. What you’ll create here is simply documentation of the email and password you’ve just used to log in. Save this document in order to upload it to turnitin.com. This way, you will have saved your login information in a safe place and practiced posting something to turnitin.com. The document needs to be at least 20 characters.
