Instructions for filling up online application

1. Read the advertisement carefully, understand all terms and conditions fully and ensure all eligibilities beforehand.

2. Steps for Registration:

·  Click on the register button, fill form and click on Submit button. Store login and security question & answer details appearing on screen notification and/or sent on registered email.

·  Separate email ids and registration is required for applying in different posts.

3. Steps for Login and Recovering Password:

·  Fill up your registered email id and password and click on the Login button.

·  If any password help is required (forgotten password) click on Password Help button.

·  Fill the email id and click on Show Security Question button.

·  Fill the security answer and new password form and click on Reset button.

·  Store new login details appearing on screen notification and/or sent on registered email.

4.  Prerequisites for online application:

·  Scanned Recent Photograph (15KB-30 KB size )

·  Scanned Signature (5KB-20KB size )

·  Demand Draft (If, Applicable)

5.  Steps for Filling and Printing the application:

·  Click on the Apply Link, fill the online form (all mandatory fields are required to be filled in along with photo and signature) and click on Submit button.

·  On successful submission of the online application form, you will get an email mentioning your application number.

·  You may print the application appearing on screen or may click the Print link from the home page any time later after login.

·  Put your signatures and paste your photograph (identical to the uploaded ones) at the requisite places on the printed application and send it along with demand draft(if applicable) and relevant self-attested testimonials and documents to address specified in the advertisement before due date.

6. Application once submitted cannot be modified under any circumstances. Therefore, before hitting the submit button (in the application forms), please make sure that you have entered all required information correctly. However, if you feel that you did mistake, then you can make fresh registration using a new and valid email id and fill up application form again.
