The following information is provided to help you complete the Banner Course Inventory Update Form and the Course Termination Form. The Course Inventory Update Form is used to create a new course or to revise an existing course. The Course Termination Form is used to inactivatean existing course.

At the very least, you must provide the following information on the form: Effective Term of Action, Course Subject, Course Number, Abbreviated Course Title, College/School, and Department (for creating or revising a course).
