Pre- Planning / Set up portfolio for each student containing files with 7 labeled domains and 1 for the WSS Developmental Checklist/ Pre-K Progress Report. Set up a teacher file for matrices and Work Sampling System (WSS) books.
Review the FAQ for the IQ Guide for Assessment (WSS).
Ensure camera is in classroom and a printer is accessible and both are in working order.
Report any issues to your Director/Principal.

Pre-Planning / Meet with teachers to review this IQ Guide and other requirements you will put into place for teachers.
Create a written plan for reviewing and providing feedback to teachers and file with your Grant Requirement Checklist.
Ensure teachers have all materials necessary for assessment collection.

Complete the Georgia’s Pre-K Progress Reports including top section (attendance, immunizations, etc.) Ensure ratings and comments on the Pre-K Progress Report correspond to the ratings on the WSS Developmental Checklist.
Hold the required family conferences and obtain signatures.
Remove fall documentation following the conferences and keep onsite and accessible.
Complete this IQ Guide through Week 16, date, sign and submit to your director/principal.
