Cancellation of Tender Notice No. 01/2018-19/PIMS

Reference is made to tender notice No.Tender Notice No. 01/2018-19/PIMS published on 21-04-2018 in Daily Pakistan Observer, Daily Jang and Daily Express. The said tender from Sr. # 01 to 18 is here by cancelled in toto. Whereas tender mentioned at Sr.19 will be opened on 16-05-2018 at 11.30AM.

The said tender will be advertised on due course of time on the basis of Single Stage Two-Envelope Procedure as provided in the Public Procurement Rules 2004, vide clause # 36(b)” instated of“Single Stage One-Envelope Procedure as provided in the Public Procurement Rules 2004, vide clause # 36(a)”.

Note:-

Tender schedule can be obtained from Purchase Department PIMS on written request on Letter Head Pad along with copy of Income Tax & Sales Tax Registration Certificate if applicable and proof of Active Taxpayer List of the FBR during working hours.

In addition to above, valid Drug Sale license / Drugs manufacturing license will be required for the issuance of Tender documents Sr.No.01-02, 03 & 04 where applicable .

The firms will adopt Single Stage One-Envelope Procedure as provided in the Public Procurement Rules 2004, vide clause # 36(a), for Serial #.01-18.

The firms will adopt Single Stage Two-Envelope Procedure as provided in the Public Procurement Rules 2004, vide clause # 36(b), for Serial # 19.

No tender will be received after due date & time. Incomplete, conditional and without deposit at call bids will not be entertained.
