The techniques of one-to-one training

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

To provide subject matter experts, who are required to train and assess Apprentice/Learners, the necessary competencies to prepare, structure and conduct one-to-one training in the workplace.

To provide subject matter experts a full understanding of the Competency Based Modular Training methodology used to train Apprentice/Learners in Printing & Packaging Trades.

RATIONALE:

The current mentoring, coaching and assessor training programmes on offer do not address the

critical competencies that subject matter experts require to effectively deliver

one-to-one training and assessment in Printing & Packaging Trades.

FP&M SETA ACCREDITED SKILLS PROGRAMME (FPM-PAAF 7120608)

Delegates need to successfully complete an assignment before receiving a Printing SA/FP&M SETA Certificate of Competence and recognition as Trade Training Instructor

DURATION:

3 days

The next IMW Course is scheduled to run from 24 to 26 January 2017
This course can also be personalised to run in-house to a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 Delegates for a total cost of R 12000 (Excl. VAT and any necessary travel & accommodation costs)

COST PER LEARNER: R 4 319 (Incl. VAT) for members &

R 5 183 (Incl. VAT) for non-members
